An excellent post by Neil on the topic of Learning Theories, PowerPoint, and Neuromyths, followed by a quick response from myself.
I particularly related to the point on PowerPoints that we encounter during our post-secondary experience. I think we can all think of many examples in which PowerPoints and content are oversaturated with content. In regards to the Consumer Technology PowerPoint, I like how he used SlideShare to directly incorporate the presentation into the post. This made it easier to navigate the content. Information technology devices for health and other personal users are becoming more popular as time goes by, so it’ll be interesting to see what new devices makes the rounds across consumers and in our own lives!
